Dear Guest We're so sorry to hear about the terrible experience you had during your recent stay. The severe mold issue in your room sounds truly awful, and we deeply regret the distress it caused, especially with your asthma and allergies. This is completely unacceptable, and we failed to provide you with a safe and comfortable environment. We also sincerely apologize for the unhelpful initial staff interactions. That's not the service we aim for, and we're addressing it immediately.
