Good all round hotel... no frills but good..Great breakfast and good food if your on a business trip. If you want a good restaurant in nimes see my other post. This hotel is where I would come back to on my next business trip. M

More like a bad 2 Star than the 4 Star it purports to be!

From start to finish this hotel is incorrectly branded in the Accor group. Nearer to a bad Ibis than the premium brand of Novotel. Everything is tired and shabby. Rooms are grimy and hot despite the noisy air conditioning. Sheets and bedding of very poor over washed quality. We are regular users of Accor hotels and this is by far the worst we have ever visited. Breakfast buffet was on a first come first served basis. Nothing was replenished. We ate at 08h30 which is not exactly late but most things had been consumed and not replaced. The previous evening arriving back from a concert in the Arène at 22h50 we were looking forward to a nightcap as one might expect in the bar of a 4 Star hotel. It was shut and the two surly members of staff had no intention of opening up to serve us. I cannot stress strongly enough to avoid this hotel.

This hotel breakfast waitress—Mounia, she was very unpleasant and rude during our breakfast time! 1. Graped food from us! 2. She opened people’s bag to check something! She did very funny things! OMG unbelievable! 3. Food and service are not enough for everyone! 4. She was very nasty and refused to say sorry or doing any apology! Very angry about it!

Very dirty room, dirty carpets and sofa bed upholstery. I had not ordered breakfast as I had read bad reviews. My room was in front of the hotel and the road noise is very disturbing. I would not stay here again

As you arrive you discover a hotel under wraps : the whole facade is held together with some sort of string netting. Not very reassuring when you look out of your room window though. There is always only one person at the reception which means you always have to wait till the clients before you have all been checked in/out before you can gain anyone's attention. One of the receptionist, a bald man, always had a harsh look – is it too much to ask for a smile from time to time ? The room is pretty dire : carpet stains, unpleasant smells, no water pressure in the shower, and a very average daily cleaning service e.g. grease stains still visible on the desks, ... Over a five night stay I was giving only two small bottles of water : one at the beginning of the stay and one for my final evening – I’m not sure what happened in between. As a platinum customer I usually get a special welcome pack or at the very least a welcom drink; here ? Nothing at all ! Makes you feel really special ! This is nowhere near the expected quality of a four star hotel : price-wise and quality-wise
