ibis Styles Париж Берси 3 звезды

My mother who is over 80 years old had her handbag containing her mobile phone, money and debit cards stolen whilst having breakfast. The hotel had no manager on hand to deal with this problem . The police were informed however the hotel refused to show them cctv footage from the area of the incident. This is an appalling way to treat your guests and Ibis should be ashamed of its staff at this dreadful hotel .

Run from this place. It is not a regular Hotel as they prefer to turn it into an open door music club as of 18:00. Without decent isolation of rooms and windows you can only hear the (bad) music until 23h, Saturday's supposedly even til 23:30. Not a good concept.......just a bad idea from people to make some more money. By the way entrance on Saturday to that event is 10 euros. Be honest, make a choice, hotel or disco. Of course (?) no other rooms available. I will add that overall quality of the rooms and breakfast is another negative.

Hotel was nice, quite far away from everything but the metro is litterally over the road. Hotel room is really small but clean. Staff were nice. Right opposite some nice places to eat or have coffee.

The staff is actually great, the bed and room are OKish for a Parisian hotel, but calling it an Ibis Styles is a lie. It is just a default “red” ibis repainted with funny colors. That’s it. The shower has moisture/mold traces, the floor isn’t clean either, and WC is way to close to the wall/door. The worst came with breakfast time. Is that a factory? It’s like all products are aged and not presented nor served in proper manner. Very poor choice and not appetizing.

Very poor hotel. I would not advise to stay here! Rooms are tiny with no storage and no kettle. The shower was full of mould, and the floors were also dirty when we arrived. The rooms are obviously not cleaned well enough. I was extremely itchy after lying in bed , whilst me partner experienced bites throughout the time we were there. Our bottom sheet had brown Stains which makes me think was there bed bugs? Breakfast was very limited but ok. Definitely won’t be staying in any ibis hotel again. I’m Only thing great about this hotel is the location to the metro, which is just across the street. There is also some nice restaurants around this hotel!
