A great stay in a nice hotel near Gare de Lyon. Room was spacious and clean, check in quick and efficient. Breakfast is ok but room was overcrowded (mostly families). Tried to have dinner at 09:45PM (restaurant officially open until 10:30PM) but were told that there was no more food. Only food available was cold cuts.

Regarding breakfast, indeed, during school holiday periods we welcome many families, which can make the breakfast room feel busier at certain times. This family-friendly atmosphere is very much part of the Novotel brand DNA. We also regret your experience at the restaurant in the evening. While the restaurant was still officially open, food availability can be impacted late in service, and we understand your disappointment. Bad bathroom/ toilet setup

On the positive side, Location is good, staff are friendly and generally clean. On the negative side, toilet and bathroom setup is absolutely rubbish. Toilet is so small and separated from the bathroom. There’s hardly enough space to move comfortably without having to touch the toilet. No lock on the door and no toilet sink either!! It’s these fine details that make a big difference in the experience

About 10 mins walk from Gare du Lyon. A large, characterless somewhat dated Novotel with that dreadful brown Accor carpeting. But ok for an overnighter. The nearby 'village' of bars and restaurants is fine for a bit of a buzz. Beware pickpockets at road crossings.

This hotel is a little bit outside of the Paris city centre - but it’s in a convenient location to the metro and it has a beautiful park and excellent restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were comfortable and clean, buffet breakfast was excellent and the hotel staff were very accomodating

It is a very nice hotel. Very clean. Food is excellent. Staff is great. Especially at the restaurant, I was trying to smoke a Cuban cigar I bought in London. Quentin got out of his way to find me matches to help me with the process. He just made my evening. I highly recommend this hotel
