Always a good stay here. Only issue I thought was not great was that the hot water in the shower was not really hot. It would cycle hot for a couple of seconds and then tepid for a while and then hot for a couple of seconds again. The knobs did not help. Also instructions may be needed to use the ultra modern shower system as I could not figure out how to switch to the rain shower head. Otherwise staff were helpful and room was clean.

Easy to check in. Underground parking location not easily seen from street when unfamiliar with the area.

Basically it was great.... good food, clean rooms. The finish in the bath tub of room 819 makes it unappealing. For many of us seniors, the toilets are way too low whether in the bedroom or in the conference area!

The hotel was great! Good location, parking was reasonable and in a garage. Subway was also accessible without going outside. Since we were traveling with a car but didn't plan to use it, it was perfect. The only caveat - the room was warm no matter how much we used the AC. We came to think that the fridge in the room was putting out heat. I'd reccomend unplugging it if you don't need it.
