The hotel is very convenient for the train station, its clean and tidy and the staff are lovely. The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. It’s a bit tired and needs freshening up in the bathrooms especially. The shower was weak and wouldn’t stay in the position and the shower door has a hole for a handle which floods the bathroom. The aircon is ineffective and the windows dont open so thats an issue. You get what you pay for though, €250 for three nights in summer is a bargain,

駅からも近くて利便性はいいです。 開発が進み、綺麗で駅前にホテルができているので、設備や費用は比較しちゃいますね。 設備が古いからか、排水溝からの臭いや小さな虫が沸いているのを見かけます。

I stayed here last week as I was in Ulm to see some basketball. As hotels go it's quite basic, the rooms could do with a refurb, but I had no problems with noise, the bed was comfy and the continental breakfast was decent. Where I really liked this hotel was the staff. From the moment I checked in, to when I checked out, the staff here were superb. Friendly and helpful. They made my stay enjoyable. I'm planning to return to Ulm again in the future and based on how I was made welcome by everyone there, I will very likely stay here again. If you want to use public transport there are bus and tram stops just a short walk away, and you can even walk to the main train station in Ulm in a little over 5 minutes. I recommend the Theatre stop.

In need of updating, good location, cheap stay

I booked two rooms directly through ALL ACCOR for a November stay in September. All went through and fine, at a decent price. We selected the ‘rooms next to or facing each other’ option and were dually given rooms next to each other. On the morning of our stay Ibis tried to take the money out of my account again, which declined thankfully. On arrival they told me it had declined, but I had to then prove that I had already paid. A ten minute hold up, but was sorted in the end. I believe this is because I ‘checked in’ the day before arrival, as per the email received telling me to do so. Location is good for what we wanted, central, easy to get to and plenty of transport links nearby. We went to our room and were amazed by the strong smell of smoke, despite ‘no smoking’ signs being prominent throughout. The rooms smelt a little less thankfully. The hotel is quite dated, and in dire need of a refresh. Rooms are very basic - 5 hangers, no tissues, really small towels, a tv. There are no drink making facilities, which is a shame. You could use the toilet paper to sand wood! The bed was ok, not a bad night sleep, could hear people though through the thin walls. We didn’t have breakfast included so cannot comment on that, but there is a lovely bakery next door which I would highly recommend. Check out simple and quick. There’s an Ibis Budget next door, and if our hotel was the better version I would hate to see what the Budget is like! To summarise, if you just want a place to sleep and aren’t bothered about anything else, it’s fine… but don’t check in online before!
