Dear Guest, Thank you for staying with us again and for taking the time to provide this feedback. We regret to hear about your dissatisfaction with recent experiences at our hotel, particularly with the reception and room service. It is concerning to learn of the challenges you faced and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, especially regarding the handling of your laundry. Our guests' comfort and satisfaction are paramount, and it seems we fell short of our commitment in your case. We understand how important prompt and efficient service is, and it is disheartening to know that you felt the response was not up to the mark. We take such feedback seriously and will use it as an opportunity to review our service protocols and staff training to ensure these issues are not repeated. We are delighted that you appreciated the room darkness, towel quality, pillow comfort, and the mattress in our SLEEP rooms, as well as the quiet interior and the separate toilet facilities. It's rewarding to hear that these aspects contributed to a positive experience during your stay with us. Our Mövenpick SLEEP rooms are indeed tailored to provide an exceptional sleep experience with adjustable beds and high-quality linens, and we are glad you noticed these details. However, we regret to hear that the absence of a minibar and USB plugs did not align with your expectations. Furthermore, we understand that the restaurant's limited service on the night of your stay was a source of inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for this. These incidents are not reflective of our usual standards, and we are reviewing your comments to ensure that we maintain our high service quality going forward. Nonetheless, we are pleased that you enjoyed our decoration, which reflects the sophisticated combination of hand-polished walnut and mosaic tiles designed by the Italian star architect Matteo Thun, creating a fabulous feel-good atmosphere.
