We were given a different room to the one we booked despite booking a long time ago. We booked a specific type of room for a reason, because we need a bath and like to be in a room together as our daughter is 18 months old. For some reason other bookings were given priority over ours so we were given connecting rooms instead

Perfect location and friendly staff. Directions for the parking are not well positioned therefore you need to look carefully for the signs.

My room was spacious, comfortable and had a balcony. Well located for station, bathing area, lakeside and city centre. I liked the welcome treats in the room. I disliked being asked or give a 5* review as I was checking in - this feels trashy. I didn’t use restaurant (bought breakfast from Spar and ate on balcony) or the gym/pool.

Appreciated the bottled water in the room. The breakfast buffet was varied and fresh supplies were quickly added, the staff efficient and the breads were wonderful, as were the fresh fruits.

I stay quite often at this hotel. This time the expectations were not met, especially when paying more than 250,-- EUR / Night. What was not optimal: - Check in: Even if I've booked via our corporate portal, no adress data about me or my company (for the invoice) etc were available and needed. - No Shower-Gel in the bath room: Container was empty and not refilled - one of the Towel-hooks on the wall were nearly broken - Water pressure in the Shower was very low - Finally the invoice was sent per Email - to the wrong person - a colleage forwarded it to me.
