This hotel was lovely and in such a great area. The rooms were very clean and spacious and they had water/ice on each floor. The staff was extremely kind and informative, providing restaurant and patisserie recommendations upon request. A special shoutout to Fabrice with Guest Relations, who put together a surprise gift basket for my girlfriend who had just graduated medical school on very short notice. He even added a complementary bottle of champagne for us. Highly recommend!

The location of the hotel was perfect for sight seeing. It is located next to a metro station and in walking distance to the main sighting locations. The surrounding area has many restaurants and bars and there is a shopping mall behind the hotel. The rooms are clean. We stayed in a family room, which was not very spacious but enough for city sight seeing. The double beds are about 160cm. The personal was very friendly and helpful. From booking (directly via the website) until check-out it everything was flawless. Breakfast is great. We did not have lunch or dinner at the hotel, as we found the menu did not offer a great variety. The hotel is undergoing renovation which did not border us. After renovation the restaurant will probably become more attractvie.

Stayed in a construction site

We stayed at a hotel that was essentially a construction site. We arrived late, around 9 PM. While our room was ready, the carpet was so soaked that we couldn’t take off our shoes or walk barefoot. We were then moved to a room on a lower floor, directly next to the ongoing construction. The construction started after 9 AM and was so loud it made it impossible to stay in the room. None of the hotel staff informed us about this in advance. On the last day of our stay, the noise started again after 9 AM, so we decided to go out. Knowing we’d return late, we requested a slightly later checkout at 1 PM—but the front desk staff immediately replied, “No, you can’t.” Even our ALL Platinum status couldn’t help make this stay any better. ----------------------------------------- I decided to edit this review to provide information that the hotel contacted me directly via email, expressing sincere and heartfelt apologies for the issues mentioned above. I have also updated the rating, adding one more star for their prompt response.
