로비를 지나갈때마다 인사를 제대로 안해서 불친절함을 느꼈고 슬리퍼를 가져다 달라고 세번이나 프론트에 전화하니까 한참 뒤에 가져다주었음 위치만 좋을뿐 파리를 여행하는사람들에게 결코 추천하지 않을것임

위치는 최고였지만, 공사중으로 인해 불편한 점이 있었음. 또한 냉장고를 이용못하는점, 와인 따개가 없는점 등은 아쉬웠음.

화장실과 방에서 더러운 냄새가 너무 남 관리가 안되고있는것 같음 너무 오래된 방에서 나는 냄새임

Please accept our sincere apologies for this situation, as this is certainly not the level of comfort or cleanliness we aim to provide. As part of our ongoing renovation programme, which has been underway since October 2024, some rooms are indeed older in design. That said, this should never result in a lack of freshness or proper maintenance. Your comments are therefore taken very seriously and have been shared with our housekeeping and technical teams so that the necessary checks and corrective actions can be carried out. We regret that your stay did not reflect the standards expected from a Novotel hotel and hope we may have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future, once our renovation project is further advanced, to offer you a much improved experience. 위치는 매우 좋았습니다. 하지만 아주 비싼 가격으로 예약을 했는데 건물 공사 중인 것을 미리 연락 받지 못해서 매우 아쉬웠습니다. 공사로 인해 투숙 중에도 불편한 부분이 있었습니다. 여행 중 낮시간에 쉬기 위해 방에 들어갔는데 공사 소음이 너무 심해서 잠들 수가 없었습니다. 투숙 전 미리 이메일로 고지해줬어야 된다고 생각됩니다. 영어가 능숙하지는 못해서 체크인 할때는 언급하지 못했네요. 이미 공사 중인 상황이고... 예약 금액에 비해 아쉬움이 큰 투숙이었습니다. 그렇지만 위치는 너무 좋았네요!
