We had one night in Paris and this hotel’s location was fantastic. Walking distance to many attractions. Very Parisian feel where the hotel is with many pattiseries and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed with a 11 and 15 year old and the room was spacious enough. Sofa bed was very comfortable with a thick mattress. Staff were very helpful and made us fell welcomed and always a smile on offer.

The staff at Atelier H (Johanne RABOUIN, Basile BERTIN & Thibaud PERGENT) were very patient to answer my queries via email and the follow up was very good. During the onsite sessions, they were very helpful to ensure that the experience was comfortable and to our needs. Once the renovation is complete, it will be even better. Location is also very convenient, which is next to the Metro.

Please accept our sincere apologies for this situation, as this is certainly not the level of comfort or cleanliness we aim to provide. As part of our ongoing renovation programme, which has been underway since October 2024, some rooms are indeed older in design. That said, this should never result in a lack of freshness or proper maintenance. Your comments are therefore taken very seriously and have been shared with our housekeeping and technical teams so that the necessary checks and corrective actions can be carried out. We regret that your stay did not reflect the standards expected from a Novotel hotel and hope we may have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future, once our renovation project is further advanced, to offer you a much improved experience.
