Incredibly slow check-in process, even though prepaid. The rooms are very small. There is almost no hanging space. There are no USB ports anywhere -- and the plugs are inconvenient. The bed is comfortable. The floors are covered with plastic and carpets are threadbare. The restaurant is so slow that I almost lost interest in eating. Breakfast is sufficient. The location is great, as it is near to several things, but the price and what you get are not great. I had expected more from an ALL brand.

We stayed 4 days at the hotel near the end of our visit to Lyon. Having stayed previously at hostels, small inns & budget stays, this was a welcome stay in so many ways. The location worked for a quiet, safe & walkable stay near good transit/dining. The food options (especially breakfast) were good particularly if you're travelling with family (the additional charge is per room vs per person). The croissants, teas & fresh madelines were particularly good. Dinner (pizza, pasta) was also delicious & fresh if you like Italian. Super helpful & friendly greetings from Chloe and the others at front desk & dining room. Beds were huge & super comfy, A/C, wifi (I had to do a Zoom call to North America, with NO problem!) water pressure & the option for double-insulated windows for fresh air were all top notch. Rooms were quiet & flatscreen TV were comfortable like home. ONLY criticism.....because of 3rd foldout bed, it was pretty cramped space-wise. Would definitely return if we come back to Lyon. High fives to everyone working at this location.

Over night stop on road north to Calais. Easy access from motorway. Rooms compact but clean and comfortable with air con. Secure parking at additional cost, also bike storage. Breakfast at extra cost was good value, large choice and amazing fresh Madeleines. My husband has to have a gluten free diet, mentioned at reception when booking breakfast. Warmed gluten free rolls provided and plenty of gluten free options available on breakfast buffet. Staff very friendly, helpful and professional, nothing was too much trouble. Lyon looks interesting, would definitely return to visit city and stay at this hotel.

Great family stop over. 1200klms hear on our first day and we are ready for a treat when we arrive. Never disappointed. Rooms are a good size. The restaurant has change little over the years but the food and service are first class. Nothing is too much trouble, its actually nice to see people enjoying there job, and being good at it.

I enjoyed my stay, including service, staff availability. Big room and all the staff members provided good service quality with smile and professonalism. I enjoyed also the breakfast, although the usual buffet was not aperationnal. However, it would be good to increase the choices of meals for the dinner. The Wifi was performant and efficient. I went out early in the morning for my usual jogging.
