Very large room and large bathroom for European standards. The staff were all nice, the breakfast was very good and the dinner from the restaurant was excellent. Also, you can rent Lime bikes just down the street and ride the Promenade along the coast which is 3/4 mile down the sidewalk. Also very easy to access from the airport taking the tram and then a very short 5 minute walk.

Ибис всегда на уровне, но мне не нравится вентиляция. Она иногда дует. Модно назвать ее кондиционером. Значение не имеет. Сервис приличный. Завтрак тоже. Не хватало чайника в номере, но всегда кипяток наливали.

Very unpolite staff,a particularly tall girl in the restaurant who did not allow my son to sit with us at dinner, because supposedly his food was not paid for. Then they sent a cook to calm the situation, instead he shouted at me saying that it is not discrimination - what is it? The next night I got meat that was not edible, I complained to which the waiter just laughed ironically.And it all started at check in, where the manager asked for an extra payment for my son's food, ignoring the priceline chatbot's answer that the food was paid for all 3 people. The hotel had a triple room reservation for 2 people. How then did Iman from the reception confirm in an email that they have my reservation for 2 adults and 1 child? How did the hotel allow the child to sleep and not be able to eat, if the reservation is supposedly only for 2 adults and why would anyone make a reservation for 2 adults a triple room? It's a shame about this kind of behavior, because the hotel is generally not bad, but the workers are disinterested and rude.

Very small space- really only for when you are wanting to be near the airport. When i checked in, the staff seemed bothered i was there. No assistance with our luggage. Then i was given a room that was less than what i booked. When i asked about it later, the person indicated he would comp me parking to offset the difference. Well my room was $50 more and parking was only $15. We stayed here two nights. Worst water pressure, wifi was very slow, breakfast was ok. Budget for a reason.

Close to the airport, we were able to walk 15 min from hotel to terminal 1. However, overall, besides breakfast and the nice patio outdoors, I was not impressed with the front desk staff, the room or the ac. When you walk in to the hotel, there’s no obvious front desk. There’s a small round bar table with no signage and no one greets you. When we arrived with our suitcases, we stood there for a few minutes as we tried to figure out where to check in. The young lady at the desk was chatting with another person and finally looked our way and her friend took off. We arrived at 11:45 but was told nothing was available yet eventhough checkin was at noon. We put our luggage in hold while we went looking for a place to eat. There is not much in the are unless you are willing to walk 20 minutes. I asked if there was a pharmacy nearby and she gestured to her left but could not tell me the name of it nor could she be bothered to look it up on her phone or computer. When we came back from lunch and checked in, she led us to the closet to reclaim our luggage and told us to just close the door when we were done. Luckily, we are honest folks! The room is very small but for the price you pay, that’s ok. What I couldn’t get over is the poor ac. We had it cranked and it barely cooled the room. It was humid in our room too. It is well insulated from sound so we didn’t hear the planes nearby but we did hear the poor ac trying to cool the room down. And at one point, the power went out but quickly came back on. The sheets are not great either. Unless you mind trying to make your bed in the middle of the night as the sheets are coming off the mattress pad. Plus there’s no top sheet so not sure how sanitary that is since I doubt they clean the blanket each time. The breakfast was great. Plenty of options. That’s about the only nice thing I can say about this place.
