Dear Didier, Thank you for giving a review after your stay at our hotel. I must respectfully disagree when it comes to the breakfast quality : we did our best to improve our breakfast buffet those last few months and offer the best products to our guests. We acknowledge we can do even better so we stay open to new ideas to please as many people as possible. It seems obvious we couldn't satisfy your expectations ; we would be very grateful if you were willing to give propositions/explain why you think the quality went down. Same thing about the staff being rude and not caring about your comfort. There must have been a misuderstanding, the reception manager is available at the following email adress : h0709-dm@accor.com. We would love to know when you came as well as your full name, it would be easier for us to understand your comment. We didn't have any problem with our heating system this year for example, but the gate is indeed supposed to stay closed at night, the receptionist didn't lie ; a problem must have occured. We sincerely apologize your stay left such a negative impact, we would be delighted to change this bad memory into a positive one. Best regards, Mélanie
