We attended a conference recently at your hotel, and even so many things were very nice, other aspects were not so. The hotel itself is immaculate, views terrific, indoor and outdoor pool & sauna great, conference facilities top notch, ample parking. The biggest downside was the price vs service. We stayed in the Golf and sofa room at £280 which for what it is is simply overpriced. The room is nice and bathroom too, just the setup was a bit clunky, Biggest disappointment is the 2 single beds in the large bed, feels a bit makeshift.. but very comfy I have to say. Breakfast and lunch were overall delicious with ample options so kids happy :) Dinner was disappointing and vague though; very confusing menu and you really cannot sell a risotto when there is no risotto in it. Fish and Chips very greasy. And again overpriced for what it is. On checkout we expected an itinerary so we could check a few things though just the final bill. Same at restaurant... My biggest complaint was that the hotel was way too warm. Sitting in the restaurant became unbearable at times.. is there no aircon? I think there is some work to do if you want to cater for international clientele with conferences. Lower the prices and less smoke and mirrors please. But overall a pleasant experience I do have to say

Very disappointing - frustrating experience

The hotel is very well located and to be fair the reception and bar are quite nice. But where to start? First upon checking in our room we discovered a big and sticky (apologies for the details) urine stain on the toilet seat. I then took a picture to show the receptionist, and his reaction was only to say "Let me see if I find someone to help, all housekeepers are on break", no apologies and no care in the world expressed. I then informed him we would be out the whole day so they had plenty of time to get it sorted...Back 4 hours later and the urine stains are still there... A kind receptionist upgraded us to a different room (she was very helpful), but that "privilege room" had a bathroom door broken, iron broken, tissue dispenser that fell out of its socket... definitely not a room I would have pay a premium to have. From an F&B perspective, the room service charges 5 euros per delivery!!! So if you order a wine glass at 7 euros it will cost you 12 euros (that is just crazy). On top of that, the restaurant (which is quite nice) is overly expensive (most items between 30-40 euros). In summary, this property is well located, great potential but definitely not well managed at the room and housekeeping department level.

Comfortable rooms; friendly staff

This is the most luxurious Mercure hotel we have ever stayed at. It is a big place located right on a golf course and very close to the chateau at Chantilly, yet it still feels like you are out in the countryside here. The room was large and comfortable. The check in staff were extremely friendly and helpful, our clerk even walked outside with me to show me where to park and where the spa was. This is a great hotel.

Average hotel, very limited restaurant in great location

Great location, not impressed with service. The hotel is located approx 30 km north of Paris, 20 mins from CDG airport. It is in the country side, surrounded by fields and a golf course. The rooms are average and the minibar contains water and (full sugar) Softdrinks. The restaurant has a small choice of food and the staff struggles to speak pigeon English. They overcharged us in the end and nobody spoke good enough English to dort it. The restaurant has normal tables for the convention guests, but normal guest have to sit in very low chairs at a big coffee table. Same for breakfast.,if you are struggling to get up from a low chair use the room service, although the rooms have only 1 chair. One thing is sure: you have a quiet sleep.

Close to Paris in a country environment

Such a peaceful environment. The hotel stands majestically in the French countryside. A golf course next to the property ensures peace and quite,. It is a conference hotel , so you might expect a lot of people around. The rooms a pretty standard with a little fridge, including complimentary drinks. The hotel has a swimming pool and spa (not used). The restaurant is reasonable and quality is more than average. A paradise for cheese lovers!! The breakfast was more than continental, with a good choice of warm food (egg, scrambled egg, sausages and bacon), wide choice of bread and pancakes. Not really suitable if you don’t have your own transportation. Good accessibility for disabled travelers. Approx 30 mins from CDG, 15 mins from Parc Obelix , 60 mins from Paris Centre
