Zum dritten Mal Hinweis: immer noch kein deutsches TV Programm...moniert im Dezember 25 und März 26. Ibis Figueres Ronda/ Spanien...hat 6 deutsche Sender! Holiday Express in Dijon ebenfalls.

Regarding your comment about the absence of German-language television channels, we understand your disappointment. However, we would like to clarify that the availability of specific foreign-language channels is not part of the mandatory ibis brand standards and may vary depending on the establishment and the country. Furthermore, the establishments you mentioned, such as Holiday Inn, are not part of the Accor group. They belong to another hotel group that applies its own brand and service standards. A direct comparison of services is therefore not fully applicable. That said, we have taken your feedback into account and have passed it on to the relevant teams as part of our continuous improvement process. Das Hotel liegt in einer nicht sehr einladenden Gegend. Gewerbegebiet. Unser Zimmer war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Nur 1 Stuhl, die zweite Person musste auf dem Bett sitzen. Wenn man an der Rezeption vorbeigeht wurde nicht gegrüßt. Insgesamt war das Personal sehr leidenschaftslos. Die Qualität und Auswahl beim Frühstück war so 6-7 von 10.

Freundlicher Empfang.Alles war vorbereitet. Leider kam ein unangenehmer Geruch aus der Klimaanlage oder dem Bad.

However, we sincerely regret the unpleasant odor you experienced, which appeared to come from either the air conditioning system or the bathroom. This does not reflect our usual standards. Our technical team will carry out an immediate inspection of the ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing systems to identify and resolve the issue. Wir hatten das gleiche Zimmer wie beim letzten Mal. Leider war die Tür im Badezimmer immer noch nicht ausgetauscht. Das Loch in der Tür ist nicht zu übersehen
