Hotel war mal etwas anders von der Einrichtung, hat mir gut gefallen, erfrischend und facy. Am Empfang / Front office sehr freundliche und hilfbereits Mitarbeiterinnen. Aber im Service nur teils zufrieden gewesen, insbesondere am Samstag Abend. An dem Abend empfand ich es als chaotisch und unorganisiert im Service-Team, und teils waren die Service-Damen auch unhöflich. Getränke dauerten sehr lange. Und das schlimmste, was ich finde, ist, dass man sich noch nicht einmal irdgendwo hinsetzen darf. Wir wollten nur noch ein Dessert und Kaffe bestellen und wurden des Sitzplatzes verwiesen. Wenn schon der Tisch für andere Gäste vorbehalten ist, dann sollte man ein Schild 'reserviert' aufstellen, so kenne ich das. Dafür war der Frühstück-Service umso freundlicher und hilfbereit, die machen einen guten Job
