Bonjour Thorsten, Merci d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre retour d'expérience. Je suis désolée que les conditions de stationnement aient pu impacter votre séjour. Je souhaite apporter quelques précisions concernant notre parking. En raison du nombre limité de places disponibles, notre système de réservation a été mis en place afin de garantir une meilleure organisation. En effet, notre Mama dispose de seulement 16 places de stationnement. Comme évoqué lors de votre séjour, une solution alternative vous a été proposé avec le parking Darcy, situé à moins de 200 mètres du Mama, afin que vous puissiez stationner votre véhicule dans les meilleures conditions possibles. Concernant les bornes de recharge, trois emplacements équipés sont mis gratuitement à la disposition de nos clients et sont également soumis à réservation. Lorsqu'aucun véhicule électrique ne nécessite pas de recharge, ces places peuvent être attribuées à des véhicules thermiques afin d'optimiser l'occupation de notre parking. Je vous remercie d'avoir partagé votre ressenti, qui nous permet de continuer à améliorer l'expérience de nos clients.
