Excellent view from our seaside room with balcony. The use of facilities such as pool and gym is fantastic. Outside gym there is a real suntrap to sit and gaze out to sea or read a book. An excellent place to wind down.Our room was warm, clean and had everything we needed for 2 nights. The staff on check in were very helpful. Merci

A definite must.

We had lunch with friends here while on a short break. The restaurant overlooks the beach and sea and is wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.excellent too with English translation The food was superb and excellent quality. Very reasonably priced too. I will be going back soon I hope

Would not recommend, the walk to the rooms is so long it's ridiculous and once you get there they are very disappointing, balconies concrete and everything feels really "boxed in" - adequate shower - very poor air conditioning especially in the heat of August - had to change rooms as the first room did not work at all, second not much better. Was really looking forward to this overnight stay on our way back to the UK but regret booking this hotel, will not be returning!

I have stayed a few time at Ibis Le Touquet Thalassa and think this time was the best yet. The rooms have been spruced up, I love the water coolers and room fridges. Excellent breakfast with lovely outlook. Missed the top rating only due to strange menu offerings in the restaurants and the information about service times and the bars in general could be better.

Good stay but get top floor next time.

The welcome email was really useful so you knew where to check-in. On checking in they needed a physical card and could not set up a tab on apple pay card. So rather than return to car to get the card they waived the process and we then just paid as we ate. Member of staff took us down the corridor and pointed us in the direction of Ibis. Each evening we compred the menus for Ibis V Novotel and we always prefered the menu in the Ibis. Are only complaint was on the last evening I specifically reserved a table that was in the corner and when we arived at restaurant saw 2 people sat there. We were given another table and as i can speak French explained the situation and some one else came to speak to us and moved us to another table. It was strange watching our drinks and puddings being delivered to the table we had reserved and the people sat there looking puzzled. So their system had us sat at the table I had booked but human error led to some one else being seated there. It was slighly annoying as it was our last night. I enjoyed the daily breakfasts. We never worked out why some people had Thalaso bags perhaps they were on a package. We stayted for 5 NIght stay at end of Aprl. Sea view was amazing. What was not so good was being woken up between 4-5 am with the sound of a dog walking about in the room above us. Dog even barked mid-moring so had been left in room on its own. By the 3rd nught all quiet so they must have checked out. If we stay again will request a room on 2nd Floor. The electric Vehicle charger so much cheaper than uk
