Nice stay but drawn down of a low quality loyalty program.

Well located hotel and nice staff. Newly renovated with nice style. My total impression is, however, less good due to a low value of the loyalty program. This is not only this hotel not giving benefits, it is a general issue for other Sofitel and Fairmont hotels as well. Status of the perks according to my platinum membership status: Early check in, not available Room upgrade, not available but when I asked there was a possibility. This is appreciated. I have, however, stayed as a platinum member on many, many hotels, and only once the room upgrade was granted without I had to ask. It cannot only be the subject to availability that is the problem. Welcome gift, not given. I do not know if the Corona situation is a bad excuse. Late check out, not available Free drink at the bar, given and it always is. This is a nice perk, but I think you get it from silver membership level, so no reason to be more loyal than that. I have also tried to use the free night suite upgrade. The price I was given at a Fairmont hotel was the same as I could bould the suite on the internet. My free suite upgrades are soon to expire, but I do not want to waste time on using them as they do not have any noticeable value.

Spent a nigth with my wife 6-7 Nov 2021 for our 10 year of mariage. Room 448 have a great looking. a fresh bottle of champagne was present at our arrival but without knowing if it was offerred or made on purpose we did not touched it ! Room service was superbe with quite some choice. There are communicatiion doors betweem room 448 and 446 in the corridor were tv sound from the 446 were able to pass quite heavily in our room There is also another communication door with the room 450 next to the bed and we were able to distinct sentences and words from the room 450. I was not expected this and it tooks me a while to fall asleep. I would advise to do some stuff to block sounds from these rooms! breakfast was excellent, really at the level expected. personnel were really great professionels ! I will anyway continue to go to Sofitel

I am totally disappointed with the service quality of the hotel. The room was not ready for check-in: on all glass surfaces there is a layer of dust that has not been removed for several days, the water glasses were dirty, there are no sort drinks in the minibar during whole stay (even when I asked for it), tea set (although there is a kettle), a writing set (pen and paper) were also missing (however they were badly needed). On the last day, all electrical outlets in the room stopped working. As for the breakfast: tea/coffee should be ordered, thus not all of the stuff speaks English, you should wait for omelet (the pot is always empty) 4 of 5 mornings.

Very well located between Opera and Galeries Lafayette. Recently refurbished coridors and rooms, excellent bedding. Amenities somewhat limited, but champagne for welcome drink. Very good breakfast. Warmly recommended!

This hotel is beautiful. The location made it possible to walk to many important sites. Our room was large by hotel standards with a most comfortable bed and extra closet and drawer space. The bathroom included both tub and shower, plenty of counter space at the sink, and a private toilet area. Staff kept the room very clean and always replaced the bottled waters. Our stay included breakfast each day with a large variety of delicious foods, coffee and other beverages. The waitstaff was helpful and friendly, and we were always greeted upon arrival by the most pleasant Maitre D. Last, but so very important, the friendly Concierge in the main lobby was always at our disposal to arrange tours and answer any questions. We especially appreciated the help we received from Clotilde, who spoke both French and English. We would not hesitate to stay there again if we are ever lucky enough to be back in Paris.

A top class hotel in central Paris. Good concierge, great in room breakfast and service with a smile. The room size was perfect for one person but would have been a bit of a squeeze for 2 with luggage. Nice toiletries.

Мне понравилось расположение отеля у Опера. До Лувра, Елисейских полей, Вандомской площади и шопинга рукой подать. Номер был довольно просторный, завтраки хорошие, персонал вежливый. Единственный минус - это масштабный ремонт в отеле, сопровождающийся соответствующими звуками в номере. Надеюсь, что ремонт этот скоро завершится.

Впечатление очень испортил номер, который мы забронировали на Booking. Номер очень старый - грязные стены, обшарпанная Мебель. После того, как мы поменяли номер с доплатой в 170 евро в сутки, ситуация изменилась. Отличный номер, прекрасное расположение, отзывчивый персонал!

В целом не плохой отель, но не уверен, что остановлюсь ещё раз

Замечательное обслуживание номеров. Очень удобно наличие чайника и прекрасный подбор чая. Удобная кровать и , что немаловажно - удобные подушки, что создаёт возможность полноценного отдыха. Расположение отеля просто чудесное. Обязательно буду останавливаться здесь в свои последующие посещения Парижа. Да, завтраки также стоят отдельной оценки. Произвело впечатление разнообразие выбора и возможность выбрать, например, здоровый завтрак.

Прекрасный отель, в самом центре Парижа, расположение идеально подходить для прогулок. Мой номер располагался на 4 этаже, с прекрасным видом на Эйфелеву Башню. Прекрасные номера, очень просторные, вкуснейшие завтраки. Сервис в отеле на высшем уровне, очень понравилось оперативностью помощь сотрудников

Доброжелательный персонал, хороший сервис, чистый, хорошо оснащенный номер. Плохой вай-фай. Завтрак в целом хорош, но яишницу я смог поесть только один раз из трех завтраков.
