We sincerely regret that your Diamond upgrade could not be provided during your visit and apologize that this was not explained thoroughly at check-in, which understandably caused confusion. We would like to clarify that availability shown on the app does not guarantee that the same room type (and therefore the same room) is available for the entirety of your stay. In your case, maintaining an upgrade for every night would have required changing rooms daily, which is why we indicate “subject to availability.” We truly value your loyalty as a Diamond member, and your feedback has been shared with our team to help improve communication and ensure a smoother experience for our guests in the future. Wir haben mit unseren Kindern (11&13 Jahre) Ende März einige Tage im Le Scribe verbracht. In allen Bereichen ist dieses Hotel fantastisch: Parkservice, Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter (besonders beim Frühstück), Sauberkeit, zentrale Lage in Paris und die Qualität des Frühstücks. Wir kommen wieder - absolument recommandable!

Regarding your comment about the water in the room, the hotel offers a filtered water system which is complimentary and available to all of our guests.
