Okay for a quick overnight stopover,arrived after 6pm so restaurant closed. On arrival meet by a friendly receptionist who was very helpful in organising a Taxi into Lyon centre for Dinner. Very basic room, needs updating, poor shower.☹️☹️

Nous sommes ravis que l’accueil et l’assistance de notre réceptionniste pour organiser votre transport vers le centre de Lyon aient été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Nous prenons bonne note de vos remarques concernant la chambre et la salle de bain. L’hôtel est actuellement en travaux de rénovation progressive afin d’améliorer le confort et moderniser les chambres, y compris les salles de bain. the best was the friendly staff, all others were really poor and not recommended: all carpets at the floor (rooms, corridors, ..) were dirty and worn out. doors to the rooms are not complete closed, a gap between door and frame of 1 cm was open, windows are polluted, the entrance looks like a back door entry, the rooms are very small, they have no bedside table, only one electrical power socket (not possible to charge cellphone and notebook same time), breakfast is typical low level IBIS breakfast prices are much too expensive for the low performance

Clean, simple place to stay close to the hospital. If you have a loved one you are visiting under care, this place is perfect. Good well stocked bar in the lobby and the food in the restaurant was actually pretty great! Also, excellent breakfast.

The hotel is well located for car travellers. Bus connection to the town centre is right in front. The overall condition of the hotel could need some freshen up. Breakfast was good, staff friendly. Strange mail after check out. The invoice was unreadable. Both directly in te mail, as the attachment.

Very small room for 3 persons, not enough storage space for clothes and to place luggage. Old pillows. Very little water coming out of the shower, water temperature varying to extremes at shower time. Very limited parking space with smaller than average parking places. Mattress and bed were good Extremely attentive staff. Very good breakfast, many options of good quality. Spacious breakfast room with seats available at peak times. Very good lunch, with many options and good quality. Lunch was reasonably priced. We stayed at this hotel some other times, and it seems rooms are not all the same, some being more modern and spacious than others. Locations may or not be adequate depending on what and where you will do in town. It is nice to have an option for late check-out, please keep that.
