I want to thank and compliment Méganne for her kindness and prompt efficiency in returning my laptop safely to Ireland, having left it behind me in Ibis Chatellerault. The service and hospitality I received was splendid, the hotel is comfortable, clean, and convenient and offers a number of unexpected extras to guests. I stayed there in the course of a long, exhausting journey from Bilbao to Cherbourg after a ferry cancellation. Mèganne and her colleagues made me welcome and made me feel at home ! Merci beaucoup

Older type ibis. More Business trade orientated.

This really feels like a business ibis hotel and is a bit dark and old. The bathroom was also old. Everything worked and the beds were comfy and clean but the place didn't feel like the Bourges ibis we often use. Having said that - the restaurant staff and food were excellent. We had a good meal. Useful as a stop over but I have stayed at better ibis hotels. The two HUGE spiders in our room probably didn't help...

This hotel is very convenient located near the highway. The service friendliness can be improved on and I was surprises to find the storeroom open on our corridor with dirty bedlinnen on the ground up into the corridor. The breakfast was standard good with enough choice. The restaurant connected to the hotel has a pleasant choice of good well prepared and of reasonable price.

Awful. Avoid. Had to move rooms to find air con working. Bathroom falling apart. Breakfast inedible old rotting stale. The only good thing is the staff, really helpful. Tired, old, badly designed. And the Brasserie next door isn't as good as the reviews.

I tried to check in with my couple and the receptionist was terribly rude, even screamed and insulted me and my girlfriend, refused to speak a word in English to me, gave no answers regarding my payment. Terrible experience I do not recommend this hotel at all. No customer service
