Fire alarm Problems, No Hot Water, Left 1 night early

Started well and service was good but the fire alarm went off 3 times overnight and then when we wanted to shower in the morning there was not hot water at all. We were due to stay another night but decided to leave early. The young man on the front desk was very apologetic and said he would get the Manager to contact me about a refund for the night we didn't stay. I have not heard anything as yet.

Arrived late and checked in was very quick, and welcome drink token presented. I asked for a taxi to be ordered for the morning and when I went down to reception it was already there. The manager was there too and made sure everything was in order. A very short stay however excellent service from staff.

Very friendly & helpful staff across all departments. The hotel is quiet, comfortable and clean and is well located for transport links, etc. I have stayed many times before for various purposes and will happily do so again.
