Very limited room, very far from centre and from everything. Very complicated to travel there and very confusing. Although, the people there were very kind and these remarks are not about them!

Very friendly & helpful staff across all departments. The hotel is quiet, comfortable and clean and is well located for transport links, etc. I have stayed many times before for various purposes and will happily do so again. This time I was also impressed that the hotel had hand sanitiser etc. available around the front desk. Thank you for doing your part for public health and the safety of staff and guests!

Clean rooms, quiet, friendly and helpful staff. Location to Red Cow Roundabout for airport good, but be sure to get directions from hotel staff as it can be a bit of a challenge if you don't know where you are going.

we made a last minute booking due to our ferry being cancelled as a a result of storm Jorge we had a interesting drive up from Kerry but were delighted by our accommodation at the Ibis we were a party of 4 adults 1 2 year old and a large labordoodle and our rooms were spotless warm and inviting staff were great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

I stay with you every week and every time I stay, only 4 or 5 of TV channels work. There is no reason all the Saorview and Freeview channels should not be working.

We had a very nice stay at Ibis Dublin. The hotel looks amazing, I stayed 6 years ago and now it’s totally different. The rooms are fantastic. But the best was to see how Luis (the receptionist) delivered at top notch customer service. He has the perfect balance between friendliness and politeness. He was extremely helpful! Outstanding stay!

Have stayed here a number of times. The staff are always helpful and pleasant. The rooms are comfortable. But the WiFi is poor, if you’re visit is for business. TV channels are limited, with only around 50% of the channels listed actually working. On this visit, there seemed to be an issue with the restaurant as some items on the menu were not available. This followed through to the morning after at breakfast, where they appears to run out out some breakfast items.

Good value hotel for a few nights in Dublin. Easy to get into town with the Red Line tram in about 25 minutes. Room and breakfast satisfactory.
