We were served by Daniel. He was kind and attentive. Hé brought the eggs I ordered quickly. The breakfast was excellent; large assortment! The lady told us, on time, that the end of the buffet was near so we could still get something nice to eat. The juices were delicious !

Good I'm from Turkey I'm almost always staying at the Grand Mercure hotel, a very beautiful and excellent place with incredible rooms. In the coffee always a good service for us, but great admiration for Daniel very kind with a beautiful smile and a great service

Great dinner at hotel Grand Marcure’s Sena restaurant it was delicious! I ordered a ribeye steak, it was perfectly cooked. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly! Thank you Daniel and Marquinho for the excellent service, your recommendations were excellent!

We had booked a room and the helipad for our pre wedding photoshopt. The staff was mostly unprepared and we faced delay and our service providers suffered prejudice. The only silverlining was the bar staff, Alexandre and Aldres who prepared the best Old Fashioned and Negronis. They were the best!

I would like to give a compliment to Aldres, your bar staff member at your São Paulo hotel for his excellent service and hospitality at the bar. As a cabin crew member I come at many hotels, and this staff member has given me a prime example of how to organise a bar in a Bush situation. Also the band that was playing that evening was extremely good. Please book “Banda vollcano” more. I’ve seldom seen a hotel lobby bar that professional before in my 25 years with KLM airlines before.
