We had an amazing honeymoon stay. . Dinner was amazing and we had a lovely romantic dinner as Doni as our host.

We would like to say thank you to Elum at kids club. She was so talented braiding our granddaughter’s hair. Elum spent time with Maya teaching her how to make a bracelet. Thank you ELUM.

The hotel is old but bathrooms have been recently done are are nice. The bed are very comfy. We had two rooms our AC did not work for all 5 nights. The maintenance came out around 20 times. We kept asking for another room but was not offered until our last night so not great. I am disabled they had knowledge of this before but still but us on the 3rd floor! Why would they do this? Breakfast was not great we all noticed when waiting for some eggs we all queued but local people did not and got served straight away. Staff smiled but it came across disingenuous but perhaps that was us. The hotel is a short drive to the town with the hotel making you use taxi of their choice with a set rate quite high. Meals and drink are very expensive for the evening but lunch snack are pretty good. They were kind enough to offer us a free evening meal for the AC not working and it was honestly very good. The beach is quite dirty the main pool is lovely

A perfect place to relax, with a beautiful beach, unique design and wonderful staff. Even though it rained from time to time we still enjoyed our stay very much.

Oustanding service and food at Spice Market Resto Novotel , the Manager Pak Anto and Pak Udin was really nice, really recomended Nasi Goreng , Ayam Taliwang (ayam kampung really fresh)
