Achamos a suite que reservamos no SOFITEL STRASBOURG pequena, sem charme e limitada. Os móveis no quarto eram velhos, com uma ⁠decoração antiga e carpetes desgastados (como nos corredores). A porta do armário do frigobar estava quebrada... O acesso ao cofre no armário é ruim, e a saleta do sanitário é bem sem graça, totalmente fora do padrão Sofitel, ao contrário do banheiro com chuveiro, um pouco mais sofisticado. Houve mto barulho em uma das manhãs, bem cedo, com a coleta de lixo na rua abaixo de nossas janelas, que não seguraram os ruídos. Faltaram garrafas de água mineral e o presente de boas-vindas em nossa estada⁠. Estacionamento mto caro! Usamos um dia somente, e preferimos parar em outro lugar nas demais noites.

We are, however, very sorry to read that some elements of your experience did not meet your expectations. After reviewing your reservation, we would like to mention that a welcome cake and a personalized card were placed in your room. We sincerely apologize if this did not bring the pleasure you had hoped for. May we kindly ask what type of welcome present you would have preferred? Regarding parking, we provide valet service in our underground, secure facility. While the rate may seem high, other parking options in Strasbourg are generally at a similar price point but without the convenience and security our service offers. We also want to reassure you that water is always provided the day of your arrival, and our Room Service team is at your full disposal for any other requests you may have. Your feedback regarding the room, furniture, bathroom, and noise is extremely valuable, and we will carefully review it to continue improving our facilities and services. It was a pleasure having you with us, and we very much hope to welcome you again, ensuring a stay that fully reflects the comfort, charm, and attention to detail that define Sofitel. Check in ruim , Apos entrar no quarto assustamos com as condicoes do mesmo, paredes descascando, armarios com madeiras lascadas horror, tentamos up grade no processo de check in mas foi negado mesmo sendo cliente platinum apos minha ligacao para a central conseguimos o up grade , ai as condicoes foram sarisfatorias quarto em boas condicoes exceto a cama com colchao velho canoado, ou seja pessima estadia felizmente foi um dia so nao Recomedo
