Having a great time during our stay in Bogor and its a right choice to stay in Novotel Bogor, didnt plan to go anywhere and Novotel Bogor already gave us the vibes, having mini zoo, really great swimming pool, basketball & tennis court, Gym, mini golf and Gym are enough for us in Bogor with the tree around us Dewi helping us for checkin during rush hour after long weekend with friendly and great smile,also Immanuel makes us feel very welcomed and help us pick our bag in front office, having great first impression with this hotel They also write wishes for me and wife when we checked in on our room as my wife in recovery after c-sect, what a gesture Rizal also serve us a great coffee during our time wait for our room and makes us feel welcomed Breakfast are great, varies of food and great coffee to start our day They also gave us photo session and gave us printed photos with frame that we didnt expect so we bring more proper cloth hehe Thank you Novotel Bogor

I booked the old room with bath tub. My opinion, My opinion on this hotel: The bed is worst I even could feel the spring. Imagine is this really 5-star hotel but the bed is so dirty and not comfort at all! i asked their solution and they gave me the not so new bed, better but still not comfort. The cleaner guy put the new sheet and blanket but when he did he stomp the blanket while his shoes on! Not responsible at all! The sofa also stinks, I don't think they clean the sofa well. The curtains look aged and have many dirty spot. I'm so disappointed. I stayed for 2nights but really I didn't feel comfortable at this room. Then, on second day after they cleaned the room, the bedsheet has worn out and rough also has many dirty spot and crumbs, it made my skin itchy and can't sleep! So wasting my money. I wouldn't comeback to this hotel. hope they could maintain the cleanliness of the room like common 5-star hotel should be! Really not worth the money!

Great Experience stay At Novotel Bogor 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Check In on 29 Dec - 30 Dec 2025. The first thing I did was call to make a reservation at Novotel Bogor. Mrs. Ihat, the operator, was very kind and helpful. The call was then transferred to the reservation team, where Mrs. Dara assisted me. She was very kind, helpful, and proactive in explaining the children’s activities during the New Year holiday. After that, I arrived with my family and received a warm welcome from the bellboy team. One of them Mr. Belo, kindly handled my luggage and assisted us all the way to our room 🤓🤩 At the reception, I was also warmly welcomed by a lovely staff member named Okke. She was very kind and helpful, with a distinctive and charming smile 😍 During breakfast at the Verandah Restaurant, all the staff were very friendly and kind. I only remember a few names. Mrs. Ita, the receptionist with welcomed us warmly, and Mr. Achmad who prepared the drinks, kindly helped me make a healthy juice for my aunt who has cancer. My aunt really loved it, and it became a great mood booster for her. Thank you, Mr. Achmad 🥰 At the swimming pool, I was assisted by Mr. Soleh and Mr. Kosasih. They were very friendly, kind, and helpful in providing us with comfortable seating. Ah, I also forgot to say thank you to the housekeeping team. Mr. Asih and Mrs. Yeti kindly helped provide extra towels and cleaned the room after my kids played with water in the bathtub. They were very helpful and kind 🥰🥰 And on check out process is very fast with Mrs Putri, she very kind and helpful. 🩷🩷 💐💐So thank you very much for all staff Novotel Bogor. We got memorable during stay at Novotel Bogor. My family expecially My aunt very happy during stay and she want to we came back to stay at Novotel Bogor. 💐💐 see you 🫶
