I picked Novotel because I thought Ibis was going to feel cramped and outdated... turns out that's what Novotel delivered Old TV, no USB plugs, humidity-filled rooms, horrible DJ playing "music" during one of the nights It gets the 3 stars because staff were kind, no hassle in arranging airport transfers, and nice live music during one of the nights. Time to renovate Novotel...

The overall stay was quite good. AC was working. WIFI was working. The breakfast needs improvement but the dinner was not bad. They allow me to have a late checkout to 4pm which was super helpful.

First time as a Platinum Accor plus, but the reception was not very welcoming not like as usual. No smile, No welcome drink, no voucher for the Bar. If I was not asked might be no room upgraded. This is how she treated me in Novotel ??? Really disappointed.
