Dear edalmann, We sincerely apologize for the unsatisfactory experience you encountered with our front desk employee. Providing exceptional customer service is our top priority, and we regret that we fell short during your check-in. Rest assured that we will address this issue internally to ensure it does not happen again. Regarding the room discrepancy and the mattress comfort, we understand the importance of a good night's sleep, especially during work trips.
