Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay with us. We are pleased to hear that you found the beds comfortable and that you had a good night's sleep. However, we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced with the shower. The fluctuating water temperature and the loose shower head holder are certainly not up to our standards, and we have already forwarded your comments to our maintenance team for immediate inspection and repair. We are also very sorry that you were unable to use the sauna during your stay. Unfortunately, on that day we experienced an unexpected technical issue after water was accidentally sprayed onto the sauna's electrical system, making it unsafe to operate. For the safety of our guests, we had no choice but to keep the sauna out of service until the necessary repairs were completed. We completely understand your disappointment, especially as the wellness facilities were one of the reasons you chose our hotel, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
