Cogimos como familia dos habitaciones contiguas, todo bien aunque tamaño un poco justo. La familiar bien para tres personas pero no más. Desayuno adecuado, tampoco una maravilla

Muy buena experiencia. El desayuno muy completo. Las habitaciones con todo lo indispensable para pasar unos días. Muy buena comunicación con el centro, en 20 min llegas al parlamento. Servicio de limpieza de 10. Las camas enormes y muy cómodas ..por poner una pega la almohada un poco blandita .. Sin duda..si volvemos repetimos allí nuestra estancia.

My stay at Novotel Budapest City was not only disappointing but also disgusting. When I checked in, the first room I was given was so dirty and messy that I was genuinely shocked. There were drink stains on the bedside table, the carpet was filthy, a bra strap under the desk, both dead and live crickets around the room, and even a box of condoms in the closet. It was obvious the room had not been cleaned properly or with any care. The hotel changed my room to one that was slightly less dirty, but still far from clean. Daily housekeeping was inconsistent — I often had to chase staff to get it done, and when they did come, it was terrible. They didn’t replace dirty coffee mugs, didn’t clean surfaces, and made the bed by simply pulling the duvet over the sheets. The whole experience was completely unacceptable. While I understand that a four-star hotel is not luxury, there should still be a basic standard of hygiene and service. This stay has permanently damaged my opinion of Novotel and Accor hotels.

El personal muy amable , las habitaciones comodas , ligeramente pequeña, hay habitaciones con tina y sin tina , estuve en dos ocasiones durante mi viaje , la tina era muy alta para entrar , la segunda vez pedi sin tina . Los espacios del hotel muy buenos y el desayuno es excelente, gran variedad ! El hotel esta alejado del centro , pero un taxi puede resolverlo esta como a 10 minutos con trafico
