Issue with my booking and staff sorted it straight away. Good room. God breakfast. Great to walk to the arena on the path only 20 mins. Shown on Google maps walking. The only issue is the all.com site as you can’t edit reservations so the staff have to do it which leave it open to human error.

We only stayed at Novotel for one night, but it was absolutely spot on! From the friendly welcome at check-in to the lovely, helpful staff, everything was effortless. Our room was clean, spacious, and perfect for the family, with really comfy beds—we all slept brilliantly. A nice little touch was the treats left for the kids, which they loved! Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of choice and great quality food. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, making sure we had everything we needed before we set off. Even though our stay was short, we were really impressed. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend for families looking for a stress-free and comfortable night away!

Lovely comfortable room and superb breakfast. We have stayed a few times before and its always been so welcoming and clean. The staff were all so polite and a special mention to Elyandva who served our drinks on the Friday she was a friendly and polite asset to your team. See you in the summer Team Coventry as it's our go to place now for visiting family in the area.

Worst hotel room by far. Dirty bathroom . No sink in toilet. Bedroom walls dirty and ceiling damaged. TV free view not working. Not one thing was okay. Nowhere near to 4 Star standard. Premier inn rooms are much nicer. We didn't use dinning area after bad experience in our room. Fortunately we only stayed for one night.

El hotel está parcialmente renovado, el ascensor necesita URGENTEMENTE una renovación porque parece que ni se mueva y hace un ruido que da miedo... El baño de la habitación es nuevo pero no hay ni un solo enchufe para el secador de pelo por ejemplo y el suelo de la ducha es algo resbaladizo.La persona que me atendió a la llegada no diré que fuera antipático ni desagradable pero no fue nada cordial, muy serio para ser la 1era persona que te encuentras al llegar al hotel

Dear Guest Thank you for your feedback. The lift will be renovated in due course but for now the whole hotel has just been completed and we are very happy with the product. The hair dryers are situated near the mirror outside of your room as we would not expect people to use them in the bathrooms. Bath mats are available and situated underneath the sinks on the shelf. we appreciate your feedback. Regards Novotel
