Certainly in addition to a great hotel the staff made all the difference❤️ They are great!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️ Always loving and ready to help! Often in other hotels simple things are charged and the staff do it with bad will but at Novotel Morumbi in addition to not charging they are super attentive and cute! The hotel manager is very attentive and treated us with great care !!!! For me the best hotel in São Paulo to stay with your family !!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

A very comfortable hotel, at a privileged location in São Paulo. Comfortable rooms, very good breakfast, and very helpful staff. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, a small gym and activities for children. The rooms facing the Estaiada Bridge offer a beautiful view, but bear in mind that there are some party venues nearby, and sometimes it may get noisy at night, especially on weekends. The opposite side tends to be quieter.

朝食付で予約したにも関わらず、「朝食は含まれていない。朝食付であることを認めさせたいなら、旅行サイトからこちらに連絡させろ。」という態度。特にフロントの女性とホテルのマネージャーらしき男性の態度が悪く、大変不愉快な思いをした。結局何とか朝食付で予約したことが認められたが、非常に不愉快であった。今までNovotelを他の国でも使用してきたが、こんなに気分が悪かったのはここが初めて。二度と泊まりたくない糞ホテル。

Good hotel. Expense parking fees, 30 BRL/day. Good breakfast. Confortable room. Check in online doesn´t work, you fullfill everything in the net but need to make everything again in the reception. Estacionamento Absurdo!!!

アップグレードしていただいたのはありがたかったのですが、依頼していたベッドプラスソファベッドの部屋ではなくダブルベットの部屋になってしまったのは残念です。また、エグゼクティブルームと一般の部屋の違いがコンプリメンタリーウォーターとコーヒーマシンのみというのも少し期待外れな感じがしました。

Cleaning service and breakfast are the donwfall of this Hotel. Cleaning service because they forgot twice to clean my room; If you don`t have 1 hour to have your breakfast, don`t go. Everyday something was missing on the buffet and to have some eggs, takes more than 20min.

Nicely managed hotel Great breakfast choice, cozy gym and fantastic pool with view on the Ponte Octavio Frias Bridge. My laundry bag was kind of lost but they did their best to find it and bring it on time to the room

I had a number of small issues, and a big one. The small issues: not properly clean rooms/toilets (moldy shower area, with previous guest's hair over the floor; clogged shower orifices, diverting water beams all over the place; cold bacon and watered-down orange juice in breakfast, just to name a few). The big issue: unacceptable experience in the restaurant. We were a table of 4, in a rather empty evening (3 other tables in the restaurant with people). We asked for starters and rather simple meals (staple dishes, no particular customization) and drinks. Starters and some of the drinks came in time, but not a can of soda and an orange juice. After about 40min of ordering, I asked for the can of soda, and also asked if it would take much longer for our meals to come. The waiter then went to talk to the person at the computer entering the orders. I was at a table where I had full vision of them and the computer screen, and it looked very much as if they were only then inputting my order for the kitchen. He then came back and said the orders would be out soon. Then, 20 min later, I called the waiter again and asked to see the manager, as that was unacceptable. He went away, talked to that person at the computer again, then after about 5-10min, came back with our meals, except one of them he brought with the wrong type of rice (another 5-10min to bring the ordered type of rice). After that, I asked him if the manager would come or not, and he casually and dismissively told me that the manager had already left for the evening, then left. After that point a different waiter attended our table, to whom I pointed out the missing orange juice (that I reminded the initial waiter about every time he came to the table). She then brought it - warm. Then, at the end of the meal, everyone but my brother was finished, and the waiter came to our table asking if we were already finished, and already grabbed my brother's plate - oblivious to the fork still in his hands. She then told us that the person in the computer was the one responsible in the absence of the manager, and that I could talk to her if I wanted to. When I talked to her, her excuse was that the restaurant was "very crowded, and the standard service time was up from 25-30 minutes to 45-50 minutes", and that she could only apologize for the late orange juice (regardless of the fact that the whole ordeal took more than 70min...).

The hotel location is very good when you need to be at Morumbi area. I have used this hotel years ago and I have had a very good experience. But my last experience last week was not good. The room was very small, parking service is not good as well the main desk. I have had to pick up my car by myself as the valet were not able and the Hotel acess was totally clogged up due to cars stopped.

This hotel has very good facilities and the staff is pretty good as well. Breakfast is really good. A few points that can improve are the swimming pool that is cold with no heat available and the TVs that does not have any HD channel not even the ones that are free within the public network. Also need to be cautious about the traffic depending on your destiny and the time you plan to depart from the hotel.

The breaksfast is too crowd and it is impossible to get some food from cookers. The taxi drivers does not like to receive by credit card, do not turn on the AC and if the trip is short they dont like too.

I stayed for 6 nights in June, 2015. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was good, and above all, the staff were English speaking, courteous and helpful. The deck outside the restaurant has a beautiful view of the city. The area is upscale and safe, though a bit away from downtown. But taxis were never a problem. The hotel even has a shuttle to take the residents to the nearby Morumbi Mall. Overall, a value proposition for any visitor to the beautiful city of Sao Paulo/

I always look for this hotel when going with my family to Sao Paulo. Reasons: Nice and different view than any other hotel. Right in front of a bridge that change its colours. Very calm and quiet street, in a walking distance from a grocery store and a big outdor/sports store.

Novotel Morumbi, is close to the south side of Sao Paulo. Regions like Morumbi, Av. Berrini, best shopping malls, etc are a quick drive distance from there. Although in the middle of it all, it's pleasant and very quiet.
