Dear Carley O, I'm sorry the quality of service was not as you expected. Note that we try to do our best to provide a 4 star service. About the room you had a good reflexe to come at the reception I'm sorry if the 1st room smell the cigarett... As we said somes guests didn't think to other guest and smoke in the room even if it's forbidden.. I will speak to the chief about vegan dishes, but note that we don't have vegan option at the dinner but we can make it on request directly if it's possible. Dear Supergerman, I'm sorry if the quality of service was not as you expected. I don't know what to add to your complete comment. Note that we do our best to speak the best english that we can and we are still learning every day with our customers! Note that the pool is open every day and heated at 27°C, the terrace is alo a good point to enjoy a drink front of the pool! Hope to see you again in our beautiful city of CAEN. Note that we have a free parking inside the hotel and we are located at 15 minutes by tramway to the city center of CAEN.
