no Air Conditioning

We couldn't sleep during our stay as the air conditioning wasn't working. The pool is small and not very attractive. The bathroom was not very clean.

Very tired and shabby hotel. Stained carpets and badly in need of a lick of paint. Stayed for 3 nights as part of a trip to watch rugby World Cup. On the 2nd morning reported that the shower head had come off the hose. Got back to room at midnight and it had not been fixed. Not hard for housekeeping to have spotted the shower head sitting at opposite end of bath to hose. So 2 mornings out of 3 unable to get a proper shower. The hotel is understaffed. Hotel bar opening hours are a bit random. Overall this is a 4 star only in the eyes of Novotel. All in all my recommendation is “don’t unless you have no choice”

This hôtel has it all. The staff is very professional, helpful. The romm are large, modern, well equipped with a fridge, Nespresso machine, King size bed ver confortable, extremely clean. There is a restaurant with view on the garden, there is a bar. The breakfast buffet is royal.

Nothing special when you see the hotel, far from the city center. We needed to call a taxi to get in town and it took us 16 minutes even if was in the evening hours. Room is big, furniture not so new. Loved the breakfast area and the food, but this will not make me stay second time there.

The location near the motorway but still in a quiet area was really good. The pool and restaurant were excellent and all the people working there were really nice and helpful. We had a problem with the room that smelled of cigarette. The lady from the reception provided an air purifier and it helped. The cleaning of the room could be better.
