Our hotel is currently undergoing extensive renovation work to improve the comfort and overall experience of our guests. Dear Oliver, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations. Our hotel is currently undergoing an extensive renovation programme designed to enhance the comfort and quality of our facilities. Unfortunately, the recent period of extreme heat delayed the renovation of our outdoor swimming pool, meaning we were unable to meet the initially planned reopening date. We sincerely apologize for this disappointment. We also regret that you felt our restaurant team was overwhelmed during your visit. Your comments have been shared with the relevant departments so that we can continue improving the quality of our service. Regarding the garden and terrace areas, we would like to clarify that the hotel's landscaped areas are regularly maintained by our teams. If some of the surrounding areas appeared neglected, these are part of the public domain and are maintained by the local authorities, which is unfortunately beyond our control. Finally, we understand that some of our rooms do not yet reflect the standard we are working towards. The ongoing refurbishment is part of a significant investment to modernize the hotel and provide a much-improved guest experience. We understand your disappointment regarding the room and the lack of air conditioning. Please note that our hotel is currently undergoing a major refurbishment programme, including the installation of a new air conditioning system, to significantly improve our guests' comfort. We also apologize that the swimming pool was unavailable during your stay. The pool is currently being renovated, and unfortunately the recent period of extreme heat delayed the completion of the works, preventing us from reopening it as originally planned. Regarding the welcome drink voucher, we regret that the available selection did not meet your expectations as an ALL Gold member.
