Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We fully understand your disappointment during your 4-night stay at the **Mercure Paris Montmartre Sacré-Cœur**. Regarding the construction work, it is being carried out by the neighboring establishment, which is currently being transformed into a new property, and unfortunately this is beyond our control. We have made sure to inform our guests through the booking websites in order to ensure complete transparency prior to their arrival, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. Regarding the restaurant being closed on three evenings, please accept our sincerest apologies. These closures were due to exceptional and unforeseen circumstances that we had to deal with. We understand that, over a 4-night stay, this represents a significant inconvenience and does not reflect the service standards we strive to provide to our guests. Please note that our **Speakart bar** offers food service from **12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.** and from **7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.**, and that many high-quality restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, in our beautiful **Montmartre** neighborhood.
