Bed was a brick board, we are headed home with stiff necks and backs. We asked for additional pillows and were told no. We also expressed concern about AC in room. It was miserably hot during a warm spell (highs during the 80s) and we were told that the AC was centralized and nothing could be done and that’s “just how it is in May.” We had to go to the home improvement store down the street and buy a desk fan. We were treated like “stupid Americans.” I know the French don’t care for us but they were incredibly dismissive. Hôtel was in a good location, but that’s about it.

Stayed here last week for my birthday and they very kindly upgraded our room to top floor with wonderful views over paris. The room was gorgeous and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay..they even left a card and chocs for my birthday. I cannot praise the staff highly enough...super friendly and very helpful. The room was cleaned and had fresh towels every day. I didn't bring an iron but they have a wee room you can use that has iron and iron board in. The terrace is beautiful to sit and relax in. It is in an excellent location..we easily did all our sightseeing from there..no 30 bus which runs frequently from just outside the hotel takes you to champ de elysees..arc de triomphe and the eiffel tower I'm less than 30 mins. You can easily walk also but we chose the bus for quickness. We did sooo much walking i just loved meandering down all the streets stopping forcoffees in the beautiful cafes..the moulin rogue is a 5 min walk. The weather was fabulous. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough and will be telling everyone I know if they ever visit Paris.. this hotel is a must. Big thank you to all the staff especially the manager who was just so lovely..I will be back for sure. Oh and there is a fabulous and very reasonable restaurant called lunas across the road..loved it in there also...Best 4 days away ever 😀

The hotel class should be rated 3 stars. This hotel is not a 4 star hotel. While the area has a lot of restaurants and shopping and close to landmarks like Moulin Rouge. Please be aware there’s homeless in tents outside as well. The staff at the hotel are nice at check in. However if you need something you will never receive it. The room is very dark because the windows are not large plus the color choices doesn’t brighten the room. The toilet is too far from the shower. The shower leaves a lot of water on the floor. Not sure how the half glass is supposed to prevent that. The carpet is dated. As far as breakfast the choices were limited. The eggs did not look appetizing.

Disappointing Experience for Tourist Money

We recently visited for a 4-day trip and purchased tickets through Prestiga. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Prestiga takes their cut the same day you purchase a number of nights at the hotel, and when you visit the hotel, they charge you at the reception. I bought my ticket on January 31, 2024, with a city tax of 2.5. However, on the first day, they charged me 8.5. When I asked for an explanation, they said the rates changed in 2024 and I had purchased the tickets the previous year. Even though I showed proof of purchasing the tickets on January 31st, Mehdi, their receptionist, said, "Unfortunately, we can't do anything." I ended up paying an extra 70 Euros for two people for 3 nights, which left me very dissatisfied. During our stay, the room was uncomfortably cold. I repeatedly asked the reception three times for assistance, and each time they assured me that they would send their technician. It wasn't until the second day that their technician arrived and fixed the ventilation. Unfortunately, by then, my child had fallen ill from the first day, feeling miserable and down for the entire trip. This added to the disappointment of our experience.

Nightmare support experience

Absolute lack of empathy mixed with comical incompetence. Avoid this place! We stayed here a few nights in April and left a very important medical device in the room by accident. We have tried contacting them an hour after checkout to see if we can pick it up / have them send it. After a day of not picking up, when they finally answer: they confirmed that they have our item and told us to send an email about it with pre-authorization so that they can ship it. This sounded like the end of the story, but unfortunately it still isn't. Since then we've spent more than half a month begging them to send the item or respond to the email, but they're ignoring both the emails and the phone calls. The few times we actually do get through to them (this requires constant call attempts for several hours) they either mention that "oh yes we will look at the emails" then hang up without helping, or don't even bother with that and say "please wait a minute" then hang up on us after being on hold for 10 minutes. Now it got to the point that they just hang up on us after the first word. These people are scammers. We also stressed that this is an important medical device but it doesn't seem to matter. You can expect a lot better customer service from most 2 star hotels than this place, avoid supporting them.
