When I arrived the toilet in my room did not flush. They moved me to another room where the toilet barely flushed and there were two single beds pushed together (I had paid for a double bed). Finally they moved me to a third room but it was very stressful. The third room was not very clean and had terrible lighting. The location is pretty far from things (although I chose it knowing that)

Brilliant base for exploring Montmartre, at end of a cul-de-sac just 3 - 4 minutes from Sacre Coeur. security staff on duty 24 hours, there was a homeless person camping in a tent with awning just 50 yards away. Building has been refurbished but not to a very good standard. Bathrooms have new tiles on top of old which are not covered over or finished off at door frames, new skirting boards have simply been attached to old boards, loose socket in apartment. Great for backpackers and those wanting self catering facilities and friendly staff .

Great location! Clean & friendly staff! Loved the kitchenette! Stores, delicious bakeries and restaurants right outside the door! The room was a little warm, but was able to get a sheet in lieu of the comforter. Metro is a five minute walk! Beds & Pillows were comfortable!

This was the perfect base for our family trip to Paris. Joining us, our three year old loved the Juliet balcony overlooking the hustle and bustle of the street. The way the team accommodated our requests and room was excellent. They have a lot of equipment in the small kitchen, everything you need to enjoy a coffee and breakfast before a busy day ahead. The rooms are decent sized with all the amenities you need, and more! The location was perfect for walking to the metro to visit all the tourist sights and to wonderful bakeries, patisseries, supermarkets and restaurants. In particular, Manuela couldn't do enough to help us during our stay. I'd recommend this accommodation to anyone travelling to Paris.
