Locatie van het hotel is geweldig, je merkt wel dat je alleen betaald voor de locatie. In het hotel kon je in de lounge zitten maar er waren geen drankjes of hapjes die je kon bestellen. Ook geen room service. Anders dan dat was de kamer prima, met airco en een prima badkamer.

Nice hotel, good bed and working air conditioning - fair value for the money. Improvement points: both rooms had broken parts in the shower, one in the temperature adjustment, and the other, the showerhead was disconnected from the pipe. Presume this was a known issue already before we checked in (and we also reported it to the reception).

Al meer dan 10 jaar komen we in dit hotel. We hebben 5 maanden van tevoren gereserveerd. En dan worden we naar een zolderkamer gestuurd, die veel kleiner is dan de andere hotelkamers, met een dakraam, waarvan het verduisteringsscreen kapot is. Daardoor erg warm op de kamer. Bij de receptie hierover geklaagd. Maar men kon ons geen andere kamer aanbieden. De volgende dag kregen we wel een andere kamer. Maar ik vind, dat je voor dezelfde prijs niet zo'n zolderkamer kan aanbieden!!!

Prima locatie maar onaangenaam verblijf

Tevreden over de locatie. De kamer voldeed echter niet aan onze verwachtingen. De airconditioning werkte niet waardoor het veel te heet was op de kamer. Toen we er een opmerking over maakten kregen we als antwoord dat de airco nog nog niet geactiveerd was, en dat we het raam maar moesten openen s’nachts (op de Boulevard Raspail!!!!???…). Verder kregen we een luidruchtige ventilator om de warme lucht te verplaatsen. Gevolg, drie nachten van ons verblijf niet kunnen slapen!…Uitgeput naar huis gegaan.

Schone kamer, wel klein Wij hadden de Privilegekamer met gevulde koelkast op de kamer (water, cola en sinas) Koffie en thee op de kamer Dit kon ook gratis bij de receptie gepakt worden

Het verblijf was verzorgd, het ontbijt voldoende uitgebreid en zeer lekker. Het hotel is ook vlakbij de metro gelegen die een goede verbinding heeft.
