Locatie van het hotel is geweldig, je merkt wel dat je alleen betaald voor de locatie. In het hotel kon je in de lounge zitten maar er waren geen drankjes of hapjes die je kon bestellen. Ook geen room service. Anders dan dat was de kamer prima, met airco en een prima badkamer.

First of all, I would like to sincerely apologize that some aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. While we are pleased to read that you appreciated our location, your room, the air conditioning, and the bathroom facilities, I am sorry to learn that you felt there were no food and beverage options available in our lounge area and that room service was not accessible. Your comments are particularly surprising to us, as our lounge includes our bar area, and our reception team is available around the clock to assist guests with any requests. In addition, our bar and room service menus can be accessed via the QR codes displayed on the wooden cubes in the lobby as well as in all guest rooms. Nevertheless, your perception is very important to us, and we will certainly discuss your feedback with our team to better understand what may have happened during your stay and ensure that information regarding our services is communicated more clearly to our guests. De kamers zijn proper en voldoen aan het ****niveau. De service is vriendelijk en correct. De kamer en badkamer vonden we iets te klein. Het “bureau” en plankje aan de muur waren enigszins gammel, zaten los.
