HuaZhu Rewards Terms and Conditions

1. Converting Rewards points into HuaZhu Rewards points

ALL members can convert their Rewards points into HuaZhu Rewards points on the all.accor.com website.
They must be a member of the HuaZhu Rewards programme.
The transfer can only be made to an account in the HuaZhu Rewards member's name.
The Rewards points can then be used in accordance with the HuaZhu Rewards loyalty programme, and members can use them to enjoy all the rewards of the HuaZhu Rewards loyalty programme.
Members can only convert their Rewards points in multiples of 2.000.
2,000 Rewards points convert to 6,000 HuaZhu Rewards points.
Members must request a conversion by connecting to their personal account in the "Manage my ALL points" section. Information supplied by a member for filling out the point conversion form is the sole responsibility of the member. Members are not authorized to convert their Rewards points into HuaZhu Rewards points on behalf of another individual. A maximum of six weeks is necessary to carry out a transfer of points to the destination HuaZhu Rewards account. When Rewards points are converted into HuaZhu Rewards points, these latter points are subject to the general conditions of use corresponding to the HuaZhu Rewards programme.

2. Converting HuaZhu Rewards points into Rewards points

Members of the HuaZhu Rewards loyalty programme may convert their HuaZhu points into Rewards points.
They must be a member of the ALL programme.
The transfer can only be made to an account in the ALL member's name.
The HuaZhu Rewards points can then be used in accordance with the ALL loyalty programme and members can use them to enjoy all the rewards of the ALL loyalty programme.
Members can only convert their HuaZhu Rewards points in multiples of 12,600.
12,600 HuaZhu Rewards points convert to 1,000 Rewards points.
Members must request conversion by connecting to their personal HuaZhu Rewards page. Information supplied by a member for filling out the point conversion form is the sole responsibility of the member. Members are not authorized to convert their HuaZhu Rewards points into Rewards points on behalf of another individual.
