Ctrip Terms and Conditions

1. Converting Rewards points into Ctrip points

ALL members can convert their Rewards points into Ctrip points on the all.accor.com website.

They must be a member of the Ctrip loyalty programme. The transfer can only be made to an account in the Ctrip loyalty programme member's name. The Rewards points can then be used in accordance with the Ctrip loyalty programme, and members can use them to enjoy all the rewards of the Ctrip loyalty programme. Members can only convert their Rewards points in multiples of 4,000. 4,000 Rewards points convert to 20,000 Ctrip points.

Members must request a conversion by connecting to their personal account in the "My account" section. Information supplied by a member for filling out the point conversion form is the sole responsibility of the member. Members are not authorized to convert their Rewards points into Ctrip points on behalf of another individual. A maximum of six weeks is necessary to carry out a transfer of points to the destination Ctrip account. When Rewards points are converted into Ctrip points, these latter points are subject to the general conditions of use corresponding to the Ctrip loyalty programme.

2. Converting Ctrip points into Rewards points

Members of the Ctrip loyalty programme may convert their Ctrip points into Rewards points.

They must be a member of the ALL programme. The transfer can only be made to an account in the ALL member's name. The Ctrip points can then be used in accordance with the Le Club Accor loyalty programme and members can use them to enjoy all the rewards of the ALL loyalty programme. Members can only convert their Ctrip points in multiples of 3,000. 3,000 Ctrip points convert to 100 Rewards points.

Members must request conversion by connecting to their personal Ctrip loyalty programme account. Information supplied by a member for filling out the point conversion form is the sole responsibility of the member. Members are not authorized to convert their Ctrip points into Rewards points on behalf of another individual.
