The construction just next door is very loud and will apparently continue for a long time, including on weekends. Difficult to abstract from the noise.

This was my second time at this property. Staff are the greatest. The manager Khatib makes time to personally connect and provide outstanding customer service. We had some maintenance issues but he immediately responded plus upgraded us to another room. Staff continued to resonate the same level of care and quality of service- Seewa (sorry if misspelled) and , Latifah, consistently provided caring and professional services. The resort is very clean, maintained well, food is exceptional, entertainment is great quality. We were able to totally relax and feel peace. The ocean access, pools, rooftop bar and other areas are exceptional. We will return soon!! Grateful for the hospitality of the staff.

bathroom screen missing. Water didn't drain from shower, so shower filled with old hair. Trash from previous guest left on veranda. Hallway door slammed all night from other guests. we checked out early.

Spent 9 days there with family, was a lovely stay, food great, staff fantastic and had an awesome visit

The pool area and the beach are great. The rooms clean, nice and big. The lunch a la carte was good food. the breakfast OK but a little bit boring, the dinner buffets were not that good. The gym OK. The spa visit was a complete disaster. Overall, a little bit uneven service. Staff yawning at the reception, asked for an extra towel to the room but could not get it etc.
