The pool area and the beach are great. The rooms clean, nice and big. The lunch a la carte was good food. the breakfast OK but a little bit boring, the dinner buffets were not that good. The gym OK. The spa visit was a complete disaster. Overall, a little bit uneven service. Staff yawning at the reception, asked for an extra towel to the room but could not get it etc.

We had paid for 5 people one dint show up the extra amount was inclusive of food they refused to refund the amount of 100 usd per day clearly a case of thedt

The resort is extremely fine. It’s not horrible but I also would not recommend. The one bright spot are the staff, who were great. The prices for food and drinks are more than the other hotels nearby and the food was very disappointing. We had both dinner buffet and breakfast and neither were very good. The WiFi basically never worked so the hotel should not advertise that they have it. My phone would never stay connected and when it did, it was about 1 bar. This was mostly a challenge because the hotel, restaurants, and tours arrange everything over WhatsApp. We also had the hotel arrange a boat tour which just included a guy who could not speak English driving us up and down the beach. The pool area was nice but the beach is fairly unusable because of all the coral and sea urchins, so you can’t really swim in the ocean.
