We stayed over for the New Years Gala which was incredible. The entire stay was welcoming and so professional. Such a great treat in the Northern region. My partner and I were upgraded to a Jr Suite that was beyond comparison to standard rooms.

The location of the lodge was amazing and the staff was incredibly helpful. The room was the best I have ever stayed in. The bed was super soft and the sheets even felt luxurious. I will be coming back here to stay again, without a doubt.

The room we were upgraded to was probably the best room we’ve stayed in yet. But we were only upgraded because the main lodge was under renovation and our original room was in the main lodge. Not having interior floor mats seemed weird given the room was newly renovated and it’s winter and tracking snow inside is unavoidable. When we called for mats we were simply given more towels to put down on the ground. Long delays in getting additional firewood when requested. Sometimes waiting in excess of 4 hours. Staff was incredibly friendly as always. Food was on point. Enjoyed the cold plunge, virtual golf and sledding. This has become a winter/Christmas tradition for us. And we are already booked for December 24-28th 2026. The last 2 nights some of the connected rooms were super loud until 1-2am. We called to complain but unfortunately not much could be done. We’re very much looking forward to seeing the main lodge’s renovations and experiencing JPL again this Christmas. In an ideal world something more than a single movie rental could be provided to Diamond statues members or some recognition for multiple year bookings. But still appreciate the movie and everything JPL has to offer.

I had a business meeting I needed to attend at noon. I called 24 hours in advance to see if they could have my room ready by 3-4 hours before check in. The reservations team and staff were very accommodating! Thank you for saving the day Jasper park lodge team! you guys are always good to me.
