The Kid's Club at Sofitel Fiji is a great experience for families. The staff, especially Sachin Sharma, stand out with his attentiveness and warm demeanor. He truly engages with the children, making each activity special and fun. The club offers a range of activities , to ensure the kids are entertained. The facilities are clean and well-organized, creating a safe environment for the children . This club is a fantastic choice for parents looking to unwind while their kids have a blast. Highly recommend it!

Look no further for a resort in Fiji! We stayed at the adults only section of Sofitel. The staff was perfect in every way! They called us by name, made sure we had every thing we needed. If we needed a ride in the "buggy" golf cart it was there immediately. The food was fabulous everywhere but we especially enjoyed sitting outside by the beach at the steak restaurant and Koko which was Fiji style food. Breakfast and happy hour were included in our room rate which made the price a great value. The beds were comfortable and room spacious and we loved sitting on our balcony. The best was floating in the beautiful pool looking out at the ocean. Stunning views. I would not consider staying anywhere else.

Recently spent 8 days at this resort and had an amazing time. The grounds are just beautiful, and we were blessed with perfect weather conditions. Rooms were sufficient and the housekeeping services were good. Super kids club.....my five-year-old twins absolutely loved it and really wanted to return as often as possible. We had lounge access, and the afternoon tea and evening canapes were great. Food options were good, extensive breakfast buffet and the restaurants were at a good standard. The gym was also great and very well equipped. We were staying in peak season, so the hotel was quite full, and the pool area did feel a little overcrowded at times but that is expected at the time of year. Fantastic level of service with the most amazing staff...always greeting us with a smile. Loved this trip and will definitely be back to experience again in the near future.

BULA 🌺 Sofitel Fiji team, It’s our last full day here, and before we leave tomorrow, we just wanted to say thank you — properly. We’re sitting here realising how settled and calm we feel, and how rare that is. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy. Not because it was perfect, but because the people made it feel right. Waisa in the Journal Lounge made us feel welcome straight away, like we belonged here. The Journal Lounge has been part of our everyday routine — breakfast, a quiet drink in the afternoon, winding down in the evening. It’s been a place to slow down, and that’s meant more than we can explain. VINAKA to Waisa and the whole team. Our room has been a place of rest — clean, comfortable, peaceful, with those beautiful garden and ocean views 🌊🌿. We’ve loved taking our time here: pool days, beach walks 🏖️, spa treatments 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️, the salon 💅, wandering through the gardens, listening to the music drifting around the resort. Everything feels cared for. We’ve barely left the resort, not because we couldn’t, but because we didn’t want to. It’s all here. The food, the atmosphere, the laughter of kids, the music, the evening shows, the simple joy of sitting by the water as the sun goes down. But what we’ll remember most is the people. Every staff member we’ve interacted with — porters, housekeeping, spa, salon, restaurants, concierge — has been kind, respectful and genuinely warm. You’ve made us feel welcome, not just hosted. Tomorrow we leave, and that’s always the hardest part. We’re going home rested, grateful, and already missing this place and the people in it. Thank you for looking after us the way you have. Amazing stay at the Sofitel!! Facilities and staff were amazing. The Sleep by Sofitel was an amazing service, Merewalesi so lovely and knowledgeable. 10/10, couldn’t fault.
