Location: Stunning riverside position with easy access to Sathorn and Silom neighborhoods. The view alone adds significant value to the stay. Room (Standard Twin Bed): Clean and functional room at a very affordable price point. Note that the standard twin configuration appears designed for single occupancy—bathroom lacks hooks for towels/clothing, and no bathrobes or slippers are provided. Budget travelers should be aware of these limitations. Breakfast: Decent breakfast buffet covering international basics. Suitable for the hotel's price category. Staff: Staff communicate well in English and were helpful throughout the stay. Overall: Outstanding value for money, especially considering the riverside location and views. Room amenities are minimal but appropriate for the Ibis budget brand. Best suited for travelers prioritizing location and price over in-room luxury.

I stayed here with my partner, and from check-in to check-out, everything was wonderful. The staff provided a warm and courteous welcome and were always ready to assist. I would especially like to commend Manager Kook (Ms. Thitirat Pankham) for her exceptional service and attention to every detail, which made us feel very comfortable and truly well taken care of. The room was very clean, the bed was soft and incredibly comfortable, and we slept very well. All amenities were complete, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The room also offered a beautiful view of the Chao Phraya River, which was especially stunning in the evening and at night. This hotel is truly perfect for relaxation. Additionally, it is a pet-friendly hotel, which is a great bonus. Overall, the experience exceeded all expectations in every way, and we will definitely return in the future. I had a great experience at the Ibis Riverside Hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and well organized. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and the riverside location makes the stay even more enjoyable. I would especially like to mention the manager, Miss Kook, who provided excellent service. Miss Kook was very friendly, professional, and helpful, which really made a difference and made me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, and I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

This morning I had breakfast at the hotel. The food selection was quite good, with a nice variety, and the taste was enjoyable. What really stood out for me was the service from the restaurant staff, especially Nem. I cannot drink coffee and only wanted hot milk, but when I tried using the machine, coffee kept coming out. She noticed the situation and kindly prepared fresh hot milk for me. I truly appreciated her attentiveness and thoughtful service. It was a pleasant and comfortable breakfast experience. Compliments to the restaurant team.

Excellent stay in Bangkok. Highly recommend this hotel. We had a Riverview room it was spacious and very clean. Tea and coffee provided. Water bottles replenished each day. The hotel pool area and garden is fantastic. Lovely green space. Plenty of tables and chairs to sit overlooking life on the river. Pool was a good size. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choices. Omelettes available on request. Staff very friendly and welcoming. You can get food and drinks during the day around the pool. Had a couple of meals and they were well priced and delicious. Hotel is in a fantastic position. They offer a free shuttle to the BTS skytrain station for access into the city and also a 15 min walk to the right as you leave the hotel will get you to Icon Siam shopping centre where you can board the hop on off boat to explore. The hotel is perfect for exploring Bangkok without having to stay in the busy city area. Lots of lovely local restaurants up and down the street. Will definately stay here in future when in Bangkok.
