1. Terms and Conditions of Booking Vehicles with Hertz for ALL Loyalty Members

The distribution channels available for ALL members to reserve vehicles are:

Hertz website

Hertz Call Center (not available for members who pay using their ALL Rewards points)

2. Earn Rewards points and reap more benefits

2.1. Earning Rewards points

ALL members will receive 3 Rewards points for each Euro spent on each diesel, petrol or hybrid vehicle hired and 5 Reward Points for each Euro spent on electric vehicle at the current rates at participating Hertz branches worldwide, except US branches. For Rewards points to be credited for a hire, the ALL card number will have to be supplied at the time of booking a vehicle and the ALL card will have to be provided upon collection of the vehicle. The ALL card must be valid and have the same name as the driver on the hire contract. Members can decide whether or not to benefit from rates and points on prepaid hires. This only apply to transactions fully paid in Euros or equivalent local currency and explicitly exclude transactions paid fully or partially with Rewards points

2.2. Rate benefits

ALL members will benefit from a up to ten percent (10%) discount on a wide range of vehicles according to the international rates in force.

2.3. Other benefits

Members of ALL and Hertz Gold Plus Rewards loyalty programmes will benefit from other special offers, such as:

a fast and more personal service that will put everything in place to offer a wider selection and excellent comfort

shorter waiting times at a number of agencies and many high-traffic airports worldwide

faster returns thanks to Hertz Instant Return

3.Using Reward points for rental bookings

Members of ALL can use their Reward points to book a rental vehicle on the mini-site "all.hertzredemption.com", accessible solely via the ALL website (https://all.accor.com/loyalty-program/reasonstojoin/index.en.shtml). On this platform, members of ALL can:

make a booking;

cancel a booking.

The Terms & Conditions of the "all.hertzredemption.com" website apply. If members have any queries regarding the use of their Reward points or would like to make a claim subsequent to using their points on the "all.hertzredemption.com" mini-site, they should use the appropriate claim form found in the "Help" section of the all.accor.com website. For any queries regarding the operation of the "all.hertzredemption.com" website, members should contact Hertz directly.

3.1. Booking

When booking a rental vehicle, members of ALL will be asked to provide their ALL membership number on the "all.hertzredemption.com" mini-site. The rental can be paid for:

entirely with Reward points,

using a combination of Reward points and cash.

The conversion scale is: 2,000 Reward points = 20 Euros

The number of Reward points displayed for each vehicle corresponds to the maximum number of Reward points the ALL member can use to rent the vehicle in question:

the minimum being 2,000 Reward points;

3.2. Cancellation

ALL members can cancel bookings made on the co-branded Hertz and ALL website, "all.hertzredemption.com", via the website itself.

In the event of a cancellation, the Reward points are recredited to the member's ALL account in accordance with the terms and conditions of the "all.hertzredemption.com" mini-site.

4.Geographic area

The partnership is accessible worldwide except for the US and concerns participating agencies only.

5.Complaints about partners

If a member notices that he/she has not been credited the Rewards points in a maximum period of six weeks after a vehicle hire from a participating Hertz branch, he/she will have the option of completing a complaint form available online at AccorHotels.com, by describing his complaint and providing any supporting document within six months of the vehicle hire. To receive Rewards points, the invoice matching the complaint must be made out to the holder of the ALL card.

For complaints not concerning Rewards points, members should contact Hertz customer service via the Hertz website.
