ALL Loyalty Programme T&C’s regarding Esfera’s Partnership
1. General conditions regarding Esfera
1.1 - Conversion of ESFERA points into ALL reward points.
Members from ESFERA Loyalty program can convert their ESFERA points into ALL reward points. For that, it will be necessary to be a member of both loyalty programs. The points can only be transferred between ALL and ESFERA accounts with the same account holder.All information given from the members in the request form when requesting the transfer of points are from their full responsability. Insufficient or incorrect information can lead to the cancelation of the transfer.
3500 ESFERA points convert into 1000 ALL reward points. Members must request their transfer of points through their own ESFERA account. Members are not authorized to transfer their ESFERA points to a third party. The deadline for the trasfer of points to be concluded is of 6 weeks. Once concluded, points will be suject to the general conditions of usage from ALL Accor Loyalty program.
1.2 No transferability of benefits
Reward points and status nights cannot be transferred to another member.They are personal and cannot be given. When enrolling in the CGI of the program, the member acknowledges and agrees that the reward points are not, by any means, a form of payment and have no monetary value, no matter how they were credited. No money can be given due to lost or unused reward points.
2.All Signature
2.1 - General Conditions
Active ALL Signature subscribers earn an additional 10% bonus reward points when transferring. Subscribers must transfer their ESFERA points to an ALL account with the same registered cardholder. The bonus is calculated on top of the Reward points transferred from ESFERA and are automatically credited together with the points transferred from the partner to the ALL account. To benefit from the additional bonus from ALL Signature, before making the transfer, ESFERA customer must ensure that the ALL Signature subscription is active and payment is in order.
