We were very disappointed that the pool was not available for use. Each time we ask we were told we will inquire and then they will lets us know but nothing came out of it. It was very warm at the time of our visit and our child did not have a pleasant experience given that the pool was not available. Our son enjoys water a lot during the warm/ hot weather and on this holiday that did not happen. One of the reasons we choose the hotel was because of the swimming pool which is important for our family in order to relax. We were given only I entrance to the wellness it should have at least more given that swimming pool was not available our entire stay. Thanks

Whilst the staff were more than welcoming, it was a disappointment to see the pool was empty, and the air con didn't work. The location was dire and really intimidating walking in some areas. I do think easy jet should make it clear the pool is not filled til June and the manager was apologetic about this. I would never book the hotel again just because of the surrounding area. But other than that... Good. Bus service is laughable though. And no mint for a mojito lol.

Great Central Stay

We loved our stay here as the hotel was in a great central location just a short bus ride from the airport, ten minutes walk from the train station and Corso Umberto where the old town streets are packed full of lovely places to eat and drink. Our room (with massive comfy bed) was spotless and spacious and cleaned daily. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with good coffee. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, would recommend 👍🏼

The hotel staff were very helpful, and no problems with the room. We were disappointed as had specifically booked this hotel as it had an outdoor pool and all the photos showed what we thought was an indoor pool. We didn't realise until we got there you had to pay extra for the indoor facilities and the outdoor was out of use - this was not explained on the accor app. Also app was not correct as no tea or coffee facilities in room as stated
