We’re excited to announce that our main lagoon pool will undergo a full upgrade from 2–18 February 2026, with retiling and resurfacing to elevate your future experience. During this time, the lagoon and waterslide pools will be closed. To ensure your stay remains enjoyable, all guests may access Waitui Beach Club pool and facilities, including cabanas, swim-up bar, and lounge areas. WOW!! Best resort in Denarau! This was soooo good! The food, staff, swimming pools, waterslides! This has it all. Family had such an amazing trip and the whole resort was so clean, staff soo accommodating. Especially loved all the food options. We’ll be back again next year! Can’t wait! Thanks Sofitel Fiji!

Another exceptional stay at Waitui beach club. We love this adults only retreat. The staff are exceptional and always remember returning guests. Our room was absolutely perfect with great ocean views. Waitui is such a relaxing space you really don’t need to go anywhere else. The food is fantastic, wine list is extensive and the service is always the friendly Fijian family way. Thank you to Siti, Paulini, Romeo, Vau, for making our time at Waitui so special.

Luxury Fiji resort

The Sofitel resort on Denarau Island is incredible. From the moment you pull up into the lobby area, it is impressive in 5 star commodites, staff helpfulness and friendliness, and luxury atmosphere. Our room had every top quality luxury provision we could hope for, was air conditioned which was great for being in Fiji, and very quiet. Everything is exceptionally clean, and the staff are always on hand to help. There is so much to do during all hours in the resort, and the restaurants are divine. As it's a luxury resort in Fiji, it is a little bit pricey, but their packages come with an enormous amount of complimentary things built in. Sofitel is a fantastic resort to go to, I would come back again.

This is literally the BEST hotel I’ve visited. The facility is beautiful…plus they have a PILLOW SHOP. You can choose the pillow of your choice for your stay. Huge breakfast buffet, safe night club, kid’s club and next level beach club. Did I mention how beautiful the rooms are? Totally recommend
