Food is delicious and the staff is friendly. We were served like royalty!! Rooms are clean and superb. We were treated like royalty!

Booked the hotel at the last minute to surprise my husband for a relaxing weekend but got only dissatisfaction!!

We checked in on Friday with a planned stay of two nights. Upon arrival, the reception team welcomed us in a professional and pleasant manner, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the positive first impression was not maintained throughout our stay. We encountered multiple issues in our room, including a non-operational telephone and a defective outdoor bathtub. Additionally, a glass was accidentally cracked, and during the minibar replenishment, small pieces of broken glass were left on the floor. Concerned about safety, I requested to speak with the housekeeping manager; however, after waiting approximately 20 minutes, only a supervisor attended to the matter. Our experience at the spa was also disappointing. When we inquired about massage availability, the therapist responded rudely and appeared unwilling to communicate, as she was occupied with her mobile phone. Furthermore, at the main restaurant, our table was not set upon arrival, and we were required to wait while holding our plates. Although an officer later apologized and offered three complimentary cocktails, this gesture did not fully compensate for the inconvenience experienced. Given the reputation of the hotel, these service lapses were unexpected and affected the overall quality of our stay. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve service standards for future guests.

The hotel is located in the most wonderful part of the south, it’s very peaceful and so scenic! The room and facilities are very clean and the staff could not be more friendly, kind and accommodating - right from the domestic staff to the management!

A truly calm and serene hotel with a beautiful plant-filled atmosphere. Honestly, one of the best hotels for relaxation and privacy. My son absolutely loved the pool, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, especially Mr. Raj and Mr. Andriano, who made our experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and excellent hospitality.
